The home 3

So the home inspection went well yesterday. It is a new home so
there is not really too much to be worried about. The thing to be
worried about is the fact that they look VERY comfortable in that
home. Meaning, I don't think they have any plans on moving out
before the end of November at all. I was speaking with the wife, and
she confirmed this whole bit. Shat. This bites.

The top pic is the home I am buying. The bottom pic is the home
across the street, my brother's home. Will be great to live by
family I think.
